Recent restoration work on Brewer Pond has won the “Conservation Project of the Year” award from the Canadian Angling Hall of Fame! This work has involved a huge collaboration between the Cooke lab, the Rideau Valley Conservation Authority, Richcraft Homes and Minto Group, Muskies Canada, the City of Ottawa, the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests, and Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
